Spot of the famous Cold Hawaii mega loop contest. It can also be flat and windless :-(.
Be careful when launching in the middle of fishing boats and cables used to pull them out of the water. The breakwater can surely create wind shadows, be cautious. Respect the people working there.
I imagine from the videos that when it's really windy, there are nice waves and probably a strong current like along the entire coast.
Only ride this spot if there are big, very big conditions. Otherwise, prefer the beach west of the breakwater.
