Spot functioning
Access is either via the ski lifts (Avattes II) by taking a one-hour pass, or I believe you can also take just the lift to the top.
If Avattes II is closed, you can also take Avattes I and then walk 5 minutes toward the summit, then launch your kite and reach the spot via the ridges. Depending on the wind, this can be a bit tricky because you have to pass between the ridge and the arrival of the Avattes II ski lift.
If the resort is closed, you can access via the hiking trail that's slightly above the upper parking lot. It takes about 1 hour of skinning up to reach the bottom of the spot.

Parking
You can park in the Les Rasses resort parking lot. Parking is free, but on nice weekends, it's better not to come too late, or you'll have to walk quite a bit to access the resort.
Hazards
The main danger of this spot is the cliffs that border the upper part of the ridges. But with a bit of margin, it's a very safe spot. Some rocks, some pine trees, some barriers, but nothing too serious.
The blue ski run passes at the bottom of the spot for the return to the resort, so avoid riding on it and disturbing skiers.
Wind specificities
The spot works well with North East to South orientations. It's especially at the end of the bise wind when it turns East that the spot reveals its full potential.
